Birthday greets

Yesterday(2 July) was my birthday. Didn’t have any celebration, everyone is busy, even myself was tired after back from working.

Anyway, thanks to Facebook. Facebook definitely changed something. At least, it changed the way we used to greet someone “Happy Birthday”.

I was awaken by 3 smses in the early morning (7.45am~8.20am). Normally I wake after 8.30am. Then turn on the PC, and Facebook keep sending wall notification to my mailbox…

I used almost half an hour to reply all messages on my wall after I reached office.

Finally, thanks for all your birthday greets.

活在马来西亚的N个理由

做工后，都没什么可以写的，忽然脑海里闪过这个主题。其实也不怎么新鲜，以前时常都在报纸看过。

而标题上用N是代表我没限定要几个理由，想到就写，任何人都可以提出。在我的blog comment就可以了。

撇开政治，我们只谈风花雪月。试想想如果你移民海外，你会想念本地的什么呢？

1. Satay: 其中一样我最喜欢的食物。在我家附近其中一档Satay相当不错，烧得刚好，肉也多。如果嫌不够出名，还可到Kajang吃。
2. Roti Canai:只要有mamak档，就一定有Roti Canai。不同的类型不同的口味，你喜欢哪一种呢？同样是我家附近，就有一间店的Roti又香又脆，从未在别的地方吃过。
3. Nasi Lemak Mata Kerbau:第一次听人叫的时候我还以为真的是水牛的眼睛，原来是荷包蛋。水水的蛋黄，我的最爱。
4. Teh O Ais Limau:到Mamak档最常叫的水
5. 海鲜:KL人除了海鲜酒家，可以到Kuala Selangor品尝又便宜又好吃的海鲜大餐。出了这里，我认识的大概有怡保附近的Tok Alang，适耕庒，槟城。虽然没去过，但东马的海鲜肯定更美味。
6. 大炒:在大马，有华人的地方就有大炒，总会有一两家特别好吃。最近发现新大陆，在Sg Buloh新村就有一间海鲜饭店/大炒-李雄记，菜式特别，好吃又便宜，主厨在海外也获奖无数。
7. 肉骨茶：被新加坡列入当地十大美食之一。在马来西亚，肉骨茶餐厅林立，到处可见，不同地方就有不同的风味，最出名尤其是巴生肉骨茶。
8. Ais Kacang：本地特产之一，在马来西亚，365天都是夏日，热不透气时吃碗Ais Kacang真够爽快。
9. Low Yat：你喜欢科技产品？KL的Low Yat Plaza肯定是你的好去处。这里已经是全马科技产品最齐全最Update的地方。就算没东西要买，到这里走走也能正广见闻。
10. 1U：其中一间最出名的的商场。1U的前身是位于TTDI的Jaya Jusco，那时候我还在TTDI念幼稚园，放学时爸爸时不时都会带我去那里。过后1U建好后（现在的Old Wing），也是我一家最常去的购物广场，一直到现在也是。。现在我做工的地方也是在1U附近而已，去1U，就好象变成一种习惯。
11. ikea：一家家私店也能成为人们游逛的地方。逢周末iKea都会爆满，但是来这里的人更多是来走走。另外，这里的餐厅也是特点之一。每天9am到11am都会有特价早餐，炒面RM0.99而且还有免费任加的咖啡。除了本地的美食，你还可以品尝到丹麦的蛋糕。
12. Pavillion：KL最新的大型购物广场，比起其它的商场来得高级，又不会让人却步。底楼引进了新加坡的连锁food court-Food Republic。好运的话，还能在大门口看见park在那里的一大群的Ferrari跑车。
13. KLCC： 世界上最高的双峰塔，许多游客都慕名到来。
14. AirAsia：世界上最出名的廉价航空，让穷人也能搭飞机环游世界。。也让很多人时常出国旅游，反而本地的一些旅游景点就从来没有到过。
15. PC Fair：一年就有三次，最近几年的PC Fair，就算没东西买，都没缺席过。
16. Genting：天气炎热？可以到云顶吹吹凉风。从我家驾车上去不用一个钟，还可以在那里喝Star Buck，打pool再下回来。
17. Sunway Lagoon：大型水上乐园，我英国的表弟每次来马来西亚都会吵着去Sunway Lagoon。
18. Ipoh：山城怡保，除了风景宜人，美女多，食物好吃，生活较朴素。
19. Penang：只去过两三次，很喜欢到Batu Ferringgi。黄昏的时候还可以在海边吃海鲜大餐看日落，真的很漂亮。
20. Redang Island：可能是电影效应，1999年时自己跑去买夏日末末茶的VCD，结果就被电影里的热浪岛吸引着了。多年来都想去，但是直到2007年才去得成。如果可以年年去一次我都愿意。看过一个香港人的blog，他们年年都来热浪岛的，那你又有去过吗？
21. Sipadan Island：世界十大浮浅的岛屿，没去过，打算去。
22. Mabul Island：世界十大浮浅的岛屿，没去过，打算去。
23. Langkawi Island：虽然比不起以上那几个岛，可是我喜欢这里常年都可以来，不像热浪岛有季候风。还可以和朋友来这里喝免税酒聊天。
24. Friend：朋友都在这里，还用说吗？闲时可以约几个猪朋狗友喝喝茶，打下球。
25. Chong Hwa Independent High School KL：我的中学。在这里有很多回忆，有恩师，有得过的奖，有开心不开心，有来自不同地方的同学。。。。

不喜欢大马的朋友不用急，我正在考虑要不要也写一篇“不留在马来西亚的Ｎ个理由”，总有合你心意的。

怡保民众

上个星期六，我全家都回了怡保。也不知道什么节日什么事情，只知道表姐的男朋友请吃大餐，但是临时他要去Seremban开会结果没有出现。叫了那么多菜结果少了一个大人。

头很大的大头虾！！

盐焗蟹，整只原汁原味拿去盐焗，香是很香，但是蟹的肺没抽出来，黑黑的很多沙。。

吃不完。。。打包。。。

Met School Mates & Teacher

After working for 5 days, now is time to rest and yum char.. Despite yum char session cancelled, I and wenying head to uma rani to yum char ourselves.

After we sat down, very soon we noticed there were a gang of former chong hwa student, which were same batch with us.. And 1 of them was my classmate, 胜男。

Didn’t bother much and we continue chatting. Then suddenly someone came up. Surprisingly, is 刘明华…my math tuition teacher together with a dozen of chong hwa student which are all our junior…

I last met with this teacher of mine was still in high school (2005), and 4 years later, now I start working already…time past soooo fast…we (I) are all getting old very fast.

1 day b4 start work

This supposed to be a precious day because it will be last day before stepping into next journey of my life.

So what I did today? This morning was in Ipoh. Woke around 8am then jailbroken my cousin’s iphone3g and fix the callerID thingy. Was fixing it the night before but end up becoming a brick phone…spent almost an hour to restore everything but then found out the sim is locked and my cousin had slept..so this morning spent half an hour to gaodim it.

Then go for curry mee in Ipoh town. Not the best 1, just opposite the well known Fu San dim sum. Around 12.15pm without having lunch in Ipoh, we headed back to KL. And I was the one who drove. 1 and a half hour from simpang pulai toll to sungai buloh toll..surprised me because i just drove 110~120kmph and it took lesser time than usual. And witnessed 1 grey Ferrari F430 Scuderia and 1 Lotus Eclipse…The sound came from the F430 is like…..WOW!

Then went to Sg. Buloh straight away after paying the toll and had our lunch there.

After that…went home…and routine task….online…sleep…facebook….until now.

My last holiday ends here…haiz…
